I did, after days on the purif. Five hours in a sauna can do that for you.

No, that's not true. Reverie is just a state of willingness to accept
what's in your mind and examine it. 50's style countdown and installation
of cancellers were more like hypnosis, but the more modern approach is not
hypnotic, any more than sitting back and recalling your past is.
